Zhonglin Invited to Attend the 3rd CFEC

The 3rd China Magnetic Confinement Fusion Energy Conference (CFEC) was held in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province from November 27th to December 1st. Zhonglin International Group was invited to attend this conference to discuss key physical and technical issues in the research and development of magnetic confinement fusion energy with many leading enterprises in the industry, showcase the latest research and development progress and achievements, promote exchanges and integration between relevant academic and industrial circles, and promote China's participation in the construction, operation, and experimentation of the International Thermonuclear Fusion Experimental Reactor (ITER) program.
At the opening ceremony, Hang Yihong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the China Academy of Engineering Physics, Cao Lijun, Standing Committee Member of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Mianyang Municipal Party Committee, Liu Quansheng, Deputy Secretary General of the Sichuan Provincial People's Government, and Luo Wenhua, Director of the Materials Research Institute of the China Academy of Engineering Physics, attended the conference and delivered speeches. Subsequently, Qian Xiaoyong, Deputy Director of the China International Nuclear Fusion Energy Program Executive Center, gave a special invitation speech at the conference.
It is learnt that nuclear fusion power generation has advantages such as lower fuel costs, sufficient fuel resources, and harmless to the environment with higher safety, and is known as the "ultimate energy of humanity". In the field of nuclear fusion in China, the Southwest Institute of Physics and the Institute of Plasma Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences have successively upgraded and built nuclear fusion experimental facilities. Private enterprises such as Energy Singularity and Starring Fusion have entered the field, and nuclear fusion is steadily advancing from experimentation to engineering. The purpose of this conference and event is to provide a comprehensive exchange platform for personnel in fusion research, engineering, and related industries in China, and to promote the further development of related industries.
